Assist reception staff with some daily tasks of medical spa operation by welcoming customers to the Spa attending to inquiries about services, products and pricing offered at the Spa.

An Infinity focus will be building and maintaining good relationships with patients by ensuring they feel comfortable and happy during their visit and giving patients a positive impression of the spa. This position is a unique opportunity to exercise creativity while not sitting behind a desk. Our content creator will collaborate with medical and esthetic providers on daily social media posts, work on social media strategies, overall content of social media accounts, web site and web inquiries, marketing plans and branding.

Digital Content Creator and Concierge Duties and Responsibilities

Important duties, tasks, and responsibilities required for this position:

  • Collaborate to develop and implement content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement with customers.
  • Daily engagement with providers and staff including taking photos and videos for future content
  • Conduct research on Medical Aesthetic topics related to help identify new trends or opportunities for growth.
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and other forms of electronic communication for a company or organization with scheduled daily posts for engagement
  • Write and edit posts, newsletters, and other content for the websites and other media needs.
  • Create digital marketing campaigns including banners, text ads, pop-ups, and other forms of interactive content.
  • Assist with any new or changes to the website help to maintain a website, company news and product information.
  • Produce videos, reels, infographics, slideshows, or other digital media formats to engage customers in new ways.
  • Create and manage digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with other team members to achieve specific goals, such as increasing website traffic or increasing sales of targeted products or services.

When needed: this role may also assist the front desk/reception staff with:

  • Answering telephone calls and on-line inquiries regarding scheduling or questions and providing concise and accurate information to patients
  • Booking new appointments or reschedule patients for new procedures
  • Processing payments for services performed from the spa
  • Providing guidance to patients on the procedures at the spa
  • Be comfortable introducing new products to patients and educating them on their uses and benefits
  • Keep patients updated on currently available promotions and services offered in the Spa
  • Assist in getting patient feedback on level of services delivered in order to improve patient experience

Digital Content Creator and Concierge Qualifications:

This dual role will be a hybrid position and will not only require clinical and technical skills but also great communication with patients and other staff.

Your role at infinity as a CA may include receiving and welcoming customers to the Spa, assisting with phone calls or scheduling, answering inquiries about services, products and pricing offered at the Spa. Under the supervision of a medical provider, you will also use or learn clinical skills such as daily set up of procedures, assist with rooming patients, aesthetic removal of cosmetics, application of facial products, and assisting providers by recording and updating medical histories and contact information in patient files, rescheduling patient appointments.

An Infinity priority will be building and maintaining good relationships with patients by ensuring they feel comfortable and happy during their visit and giving patients a positive impression of the spa. It is important that our CA staff greet patients warmly, offer support and comfort during, before and after procedures and have the ability to answer questions about the spa to meet their aesthetic goals.

As the face of the business our CA staff will have the responsibility of promoting the image of the organization by having attention to detail including personal appearance and the appearance of the spa. This includes having a professional appearance and good conversation skills, having broad knowledge of services, products, procedures, pricing and the company’s software.

Infinity CA staff will work with the reception/concierge staff and providers in the practice to coordinate services offered in all departments of the spa ensuring the spa runs smoothly. They will lead the team by being a knowledgeable resource to patients as well as assisting the reception/concierge staff answering phones, scheduling patients, checking patients in or out, rooming patients, keeping record of business transactions by registering new patients. They may also assist with creating invoices and receiving payments for services performed.

At Infinity our team and how we treat our patients is our focus. As a team member the Infinity CA staff also assist the reception/concierge staff to ensure patients have the best possible experience.

Clinical Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

Important duties, tasks, and responsibilities required for this position:

  • Assist with opening and closing the spa at the appropriate time
  • Setting up rooms for procedures
  • Checking patients in and out of appointments
  • Recording patient health history information and contact information
  • Communicate with providers about patients’ arrival, cancellations or patients who do not come to their scheduled appointment
  • Assisting with procedures
  • Removing cosmetics and reapplication of delegated products
  • Utilizing a calming demeanor to help patients through procedures
  • Assisting providers with post treatment education and guidelines
  • Assisting providers with review of treatment plans and scheduling
  • Sanitizing rooms between procedures
  • Inventory, organizing, cleaning and restocking treatment rooms
  • Light cleaning (taking out trash or shapes containers)
  • Assist with laundry
